Our EHCP Check is a thorough, expert review carried out by advocates with formal SEND law training and professional qualifications in health, education or law. EOTAS

EOTAS Package Design & Coordination

From a collection of recommendations to a clear, workable package built around your child

Creating an effective Education Otherwise Than At School (EOTAS) package requires more than identifying individual therapies or tuition. The provision needs to work together as a coherent package, reflect the child or young person's needs and where appropriate, be clearly supported by the evidence within their EHCP. We support families to design and develop an EOTAS package that is realistic, structured and tailored to the individual child or young person.

Who this is for

For families considering EOTAS for the first time, preparing evidence for a tribunal appeal or who already have an EOTAS package in place that needs coordination and oversight.

What's included

  • Review of the current EHCP and existing professional evidence
  • Identification of education, therapy and specialist provision required
  • Guidance on hours, frequency and structure of provision
  • Identification of potential providers and professionals
  • Advice on gaps in evidence and what further reports may be needed
  • Development of provision maps, timetables and costings where needed
  • Guidance on EOTAS evidence for tribunal appeals
  • Ongoing EOTAS Case Coordination by a qualified teacher and experienced SENCO
